  • Inspired by SAMSUNG’s vision, “We Change the Shape of Tomorrow,” the Customer Service Center at Central Rama 9 is designed under the concept “A Time of Change.” The project reimagines the traditional service center as a social and lifestyle-driven environment inspired by Gen Z culture and digital living. Flexible waiting spaces encourage interaction and relaxation, while light purple tones, soft greys, timber finishes, and diffused lighting create a warm yet futuristic atmosphere. The result is a contemporary customer experience where technology, comfort, and social engagement seamlessly converge
